The Department of Homeland Security has announced its intention to launch a competition for the third version of the Program management, administrative, clerical and technical services contract vehicle.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within DHS expects PACTS III to be a total program for small businesses owned by veterans with disabilities, according to a notice released Friday.
The ministry will provide details on the release of a solicitation for the PACTS III vehicle and other procurement information through an acquisition planning forecasting system.
The planned requirement will follow the multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity PACTS II contract which is due to expire by the end of February 2025.
PACTS II is full reserve for SDVOB and DHS has awarded task orders worth approximately $725 million to date.
The contract has a base period of two years and three option years and has two functional categories.
The first functional category includes program management and technical services. The second category covers administrative and operational services, financial planning, personnel, billing, record keeping, court reporting and stenotyping services.
