Paris Saint-Germain have opened negotiations with Palmeiras over the transfer of 16-year-old striker Endrick, according to the Brazilian’s father.
The father of Palmeiras attacker Endrick confirmed that Paris Saint Germain have made an official offer to sign the 16-year-old next year.
Endrick has become one of South America’s most sought-after talents, having enjoyed prolific campaigns at youth level before breaking into the first team.
Despite his young age, Endrick has already made seven senior appearances for Palmeiras in Serie A, scoring three goals and setting up one more.
The 2006-born striker, who won’t turn 17 until July, helped Palmeiras win the 2022 Brasileiro title and also scored six goals in seven games in the Copinha Under-20s earlier this season.
A plethora of top clubs are believed to be keeping tabs on Endrick, with chelseaPSG and real Madrid think you’re in the lead.
Manchester United, Manchester City and liverpool have also been tipped to join the Brazil Under-20 international, who is under contract with Palmeiras until 2025.
It has been reported that PSG have already had two offers rebuffed by Palmeiras and Endrick’s father Douglas Sousa has now revealed the French champions have made a bid for his son.
“Paris Saint-Germain are the only club to have opened negotiations with Palmeiras with an official proposal, as things stand,” Sousa said. Nicola ChannelQuoted by football.london. “Many clubs from different countries want to sign him. PSG have already moved.”
However, Sousa did not reveal whether Palmeiras had indeed rejected any offer from PSG for Endrick, who reportedly recently visited Chelsea’s training ground with his family.
The 16-year-old reportedly met the Brazil captain Thiago Silva among other things, and Chelsea have reportedly already held several meetings over a future move.
Ramos has reportedly publicly announced his intention to visit Real Madrid training facilities with Endrick, but the striker’s father denied the claims to the reporter. fabrice romano.
