The Federal Aviation Administration has awarded 11 companies positions over a potential 10-year term, $2.27 billion contract provide systems engineering and technical services in support of the FAA’s National Airspace System and other aviation-related mission objectives.
According to an award notice issued on June 30, the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity System Engineering and Innovative Technical Solutions contract also covers service analysis, research, strategic planning, financial, programmatic support and aviation-related services.
The contract has a base term of three years, an option period of three years and two option periods of two years each.
