This role belongs to our Youth and Recreational Sports division, which includes technology platforms such as SportsEngine, GoMotion, TourneyMachine and TeamUnify that enable athletes, parents, coaches and team administrators in the youth and recreational space to manage their organizations, collect payments, share schedules, find programs to attend, and connect with other families. Additionally, NCSI allows leagues and organizations to properly select and train coaches with the goal of keeping kids safe.

Roles and responsibilities:
Work with high-level enterprise customers to define problems, identify solutions, then configure SportsEngine applications to meet complex customer needs
Create documentation to support custom projects and configurations
Successfully train and onboard new organizations on the SportsEngine platform
Collaborate as part of a team to meet contractual client obligations
Other assigned duties
- 2+ years of technical support and/or customer support experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to think quickly and take initiative
- Working knowledge of SportsEngine business structure, products and value propositions
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies and standards
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize the urgency of tasks to effectively manage multiple demands
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and follow through
- Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical staff
- Demonstrated resilience and optimism in the face of challenges and obstacles
